Bil Keane is very much still alive. Though for how much longer is
anybody's guess -- he's several weeks away from his 82nd birthday.
And he'll probably be drawing his schmalzy tripe until he dies. Nice
work if you can get it.

While the "Dysfunctional Family Circus" was shut down by Keane and his
Syndicate, I know of at least two mirror sites that archive all 500
DFC cartoons... one of them is the one I linked to above. :)
