FT-IR of Polymers

Can anyone suggest a good reference book or internet sites for FT-IR of
polymeric materials, specially those that touch on copolymer sequence
analysis, stereoregularity, depth profiling, end group analysis.  I have
some stuff with but they're very basic and the techniques were not
thoroughly described.
I'd appreciate your responses.
