FS: Amray 1910FESEM

I'm preparing to sell my Amray 1910FESEM (field emission scanning
electron microscope).  It includes a Robinson Model 6 BSE detector
system with SE/BSE mixing and Z contrast of 0.006Z.  There also is a
Robinson Chamber View IR CCD camera.  

The original dual CRT digital displays and mouse click stage control
and Dell PC are included.  I have not used these since purchase
because I use a slow scan capture system and TV frame grabber.

The SEM is turbo pumped with Edwards RV8 mechanical fore pump.
Included are schematics, manuals, spare parts kit and other
miscellaneous items.
