I agree with the views on posting pictures.

However, I have an identical instrument.  The manual tells me that it is a Steros II 
(Roman 2)

I have no further information except that I paid £20 for it recently.  The optics are 
not that
wonderful
but for a quick look before you reach for something better it's fine.
