Re: LC-MS of Non - Polar compounds

Hello all,

since more than two years there is a LC/MS ionization technique
available that readily ionizes non-polar compounds with good
sensitivity. It is called APPI (Atmospheric Pressure Photoionization).

It has been successfully used on PAHs, Alkanes, Steroids, fat-soluble
vitamins, etc.
