It is what I needed and may prove useful also in the future. Unfortunately Two Step Clustering handles missing values just like the other methods by listwise deletion. (To find out how missing values are handled was one of the reasons to my request). The Two Step Cluster description was not available on my (campus license) SPSS 11 CD. (not even the algorithm descriptions for the tools contained on the CD, only Syntax descriptions).
