3 factors Anova

I need to do a 3 factors ANOVA. The problem is that there is some
missing inputs in one of the cell, the result is that I now have 23
balanced cells and one unbalanced. Is there a way to run the test
whitout being force to reduce the 23 cells to the same level of the
unbalanced cell therefore causing the sacrifice of good data?
