NASA Advanced Propulsion Failure

The Direction of Time Problem is described by Roger Penrose as
"Why does early universe have lower entropy than the universe today?"

My theory explains that very simply as the emergence of the
GIANT VACUUM WAVE in the inflationary phase transition
from the high non-classical entropy totally random micro-quantum vacuum 
to the much lower entropy MACRO-QUANTUM VACUUM with
non-random coherence.

This paper is vague "hype" no good.
The NOVA "Elegant Universe" with Brian Greene is
mostly vaporware also but much better than the
BPP stuff.  There is something right about
strings and M theory there is nothing really
right about Millis's hype IMHO.

Yes, but only because of my equations not anything Haisch and Puthoff & 
Co have to offer IMHO.

I have explained the Bondi Effect and indeed I
was  at Bondi's lectures on the subject at
Cornell ~ 1960.

Forward's work was too classical and phenomenological.
He did not understand the deep physics. No one did at
that time. The big breakthrough was in 1999 as I
