This is one of the better publications produced by a State government
in the aftermath of the last series of "Satanic Panics" which occured
that culminated in the McMartin Preschool fiasco.

Anyone who's delved into the phenomena should check out the Special
Report and download a copy for their archives.  These "Satanic Panics"
come in waves and it's very likely that the United States and parts of
Europe will have another within a few years -- perhaps within 10
years, given the cyclic nature of the phenomena.
