It is hard to answer your question because you supply so little information about your field of interest. You should probably look at web sites on the scientific society you are associated with or plan to be associated with. For instance if you were a horticulurist in USA you would look hard at the web site of the American Society of Horticultural Scientists for starts, and you would be reading the latest issues of the Journal of American Society of Horticultural Scientists. Then you would find articles by the most sucessful and or interesting scientist, and then you would approach each of those directly by email or by phone. There are no good web sites for what you seek, because most of the positions you seek will never be advertised, like most professional positions, there is mostly a hidden job market in what you seek. Networking not web site searching is the preferred and more sucessful route. Another source of information is the library. In the USA there is a published compendium of graduate schools and outlines of their programs. But I stick to my original point, online searching is a poor 5th choise for information on what you seek.
