The Chinese and Japanese have jet black hair. Even your
parrotfeeders, Murray and Herrnstein, reported the Asian races to be
the high end intellectual races - whatever that means - in their tome
on economic disparity (which they mistakenly presented, or wilfully
misrepresented, as racial intelligence differences). Your picothesis
fails miserably. But have no fear, it only carried picoconsequences
to begin with.
