Devices for harassing and hurting others electromagnetically, damaging
electronic equipment from a distance and clandestinely surveilling others
are in use today and are available for purchase. Not only can such devices
do great physical damage, they can wreak havoc on the psychological health
of victims in a variety of self-evident ways. Probably the most insidious
aspect of such technologies is their deniability. If you were being harmed
or harassed by such a device, would you not immediately be told that you
were mentally disturbed? Any psychological practitioner would tell you the
same. And yet, these devices exist and are being used. Victims have no
viable means of proving when such attacks occur or whom to hold
accountable. And so the problem remains and will only grow as such devices
become more powerful and sophisticated.

FBI, DEA and local authorities are sanctioning the use of similar
non-lethal technologies in insidious and unaccountable forms of coercive
force. Deniability and lack of accountability give these authorities a
free hand to apply them without being hindered by due process and the
rights of individuals for self defense.

Our government will do nothing about this growing problem. Is there a
single psychiatric practitioner out there who is even willing to
acknowledge that some reports of 'hearing voices', strange inexplicable
pains and conspiratorial behavior are actually true? If a single one of
you has the courage to do so, then answer me.
