NO ONE IS BREAKING THE RULE YOU CITE. the no-id.com address is unique and a key is uniquely associated with it. DETAILS: There was no cut and paste. no-id.com provides forwarding addresses uniquely to one address (in this case to brad's email). The no-id.com address is uniquely brad's and connected to just one email. The digital key is thusly associated with only one address. 1 address, 1 key. All this explained on Brad's web site. AGAIN: Brad's signing key can be verified on _his_ mypubKey2.htm web page (see bottom). I might add that on that web page, Brad signs the public key itself. He is capable of signing with the key obviously. He and only he can do this. Read this last paragraph over and over until the clear, necessary meaning becomes clear.
