Your ignorance of the old adage, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" is
idiotic. The only thing wrong with the current clock is "Daylight Savings
Time."

The fact that you propose a "new" system without having done a lick of
research is idiotic ignorance. If you had done your homework you would have
known about the Julian Date system, which astronomers use to chronicle
events *independent* of local solar time variations.

The fact that you have sprinkled your name all over your "new" system
reflects an idiotic conceit. In science eponyms are awarded by others in
recognition of significant accomplishments. The ampere was named *for*
Ampere, not *by* him.

The fact that your system is a pale imitation of *some* aspects of an
existing system without consideration of the practical limitations of that
system is idiotic naiveté. How do you propose to deal with variations in
local solar time the way standard time zones do? With only 10 world time
zones? [not enough] Or one hundred time zones? [way too many] Or will the
new day for the entire world begin when it is 6:00 PM in the Philippines?

I could go on, but it would become tedious. Just look up "the equation of
time."

God agrees with Uncle Al. You *are* an idiot. I know because God told me
so. ;-p

"Do unto others, and then skip town."?

Your "true God" invented carnivory and parasitism, rage and bloodshed,
infanticide and cannibalism. Not very "peaceful," after all.

Translation: "idealistic fool on the loose." The trouble with people who
have a vision for a better world and a kinder, gentler society is that they
can't effectively deal with other people who have different visions without
losing faith with whatever "principles" they think may be guiding them.
Hitler thought what he did was best for Germany and the world. Stalin only
did what he thought he had to do to protect the Soviet Union. The Crusades
were supposed to save the souls of the heathens. And on and on and on...

You *really* must learn to communicate without ambiguity.

"for altars and firesides"

How quaint: A crusader for peace with a soft spot for "home and hearth."
It was also the motto of the Liberty Hall Volunteers (Company I, 4th
Virginia Infantry, Confederate States of America) - a very un-peaceful
group:

An interesting choice for a "peace crusader."

Shameless Spammer!

You might also consider having a brain scan for schizophrenia, since the
hearing of "spirit voices" is almost a red flag symptom of the disease, but
since you are also apparently a budding megalomaniac, I suspect that rather
than consider you might be fallible, you will immediately go into denial and
accuse me and probably others of some nefarious (and probably Satanic)
motivation for raising such a question.

Did you know that Satan only preys on unsteady Christians? Us Heathens,
Infidels, Gentiles, and Heretics (the H.I.G.H. church, if you will) don't
have any problems with Satan at all. Satan is really a personification of
one's own doubts - a projection of the "evil" uncertainty within. I am an
empiricist and a scientist. My doubts are laid to rest in laboratories.
