But Paul, consider, the ACLU, no matter how scummy you
feel it is, it is a very important social instrument. Were it not for
the counterbalance such people/organizations do provide in
the political/social spectrum........you'd be marching in tight
goose steps. The drummers for such events are always waiting
in the wind and in the wings, from the Fallwells to the Fuehrer.
