But it is the testimony that determines if it is a known event.

A testimony is a photograph of an event.  That is why that they are valid in
court, enough to send a man to prison.  Watch Perry Mason.  Mr. Mason gives
images by what he is saying, until his client is off the hook.

If I have seen God, and described that event to you, therefore, I have given
you God's photograph.  If you still deny God's existance even then, you
have disregarded photographic evidence.
