Re: IR reflective material

Yes, the application I'm trying to solve is military in nature, but its for
signaling purposes that would be widely applicable in the commercial field
as well.
We are tracking the movements of people signaling with their arms and want
the movements to be decoded with image analysis. As such, the reflective
material allows us to illuminate the signaler without blinding them with
unusually bright visible light. Or, they may be standing is a bright sunlit
setting and we need to be able to reflect off of something that can overcome
this additional illumination. We have selected 880nm but are finding the
off-the-shelf reflective materials poor reflectors in this wavelength. And
thanks for the suggestion.
