Infrared sensor / detector card

Hi, does anyone know the supplier of Infrared sensor card (it changes
the infared into redish visible color, some kind of phosphors painting
material I guess).  Newport and radioshacks (p/n 276-1099) have it for
sale but expensive.  I am looking for material supplier for bulk
purchase.

Beside of this card, is there any material that will change its
reflected color depends on incident wavelength.  Either a card which
function similar to traditional infrared card but reflected color is
different if the incident beam has different wavelength (say 1310 and
1550nm)
