That UserID is not just NARU, it's NLAE.
I would have thought that NLAE FBs would
be removed everywhere, and not just in
the NLAE user's FB summary.

Also, that UserID appears to be hex, and
could be a null-terminated Unix text string.
It doesn't seem to be ASCII, since several
bytes are higher than 0x7F. Unicode?

Or are we seeing a raw eBay userID number?
