Cluster in Small World Networks, Watts and Strogatz' theory

Hi all:
        There are any body that can help me..? I like know, how one can
calculate cluster coefficient "C(p)" from link matrix, acquaintances
matrix, and so it call in anglosajon language... I like know an
algorithmics form for computate one. I don't know how Watts, Strogatz, and
other peoples affirm C(0)=3/4 and C(1)=k/N.
