IEEE Proceedings

In addition to its quarterly (and unfortunately rather slim)
publication, "IEEE Transactions on Nanotechnology", this month's IEEE
Proceedings is a special issue focussed entirely on nanoelectronics and
nonascale processing.

I think the Proceedings issue may, in fact, have more articles than the
entire set of Trans. Nanotech for this year.  There are some very good
articles, and any university which has an electrical engineering
department should carry the IEEE proceedings.
