Re: NanoLithography software

Thanks for the reply.  I'm trying to operate v5.12 with the
nanolithography package just not familiar with programming and
continue to get errors when trying to write.  Do you know if any
simple (dots and lines) source files are available anywhere? 
Otherwise I'm resorting back to the manual method.
