Agreed on the comparison, but not the affordance.
Acquaintance.  I think he could afford either were laws doable
(he made the US news during his second SCUD launcher purchase).
My sense of the wear is about 10-15 years on these hulls.

He also has a nice collection of things not on the website like a mobile
quad 30 mm (I forget the designation).  Amusingly he has this ex-Soviet
200 mm self propelled howtizer which was in one of those period TP
Pentagon assessments of Eastern force in a artist's rendering.
He sits on the board of the Knox Patton Museum.


Do not discount the private collector market.  It is amazing.
