Sure- the yoroi-toshi was an armor piercing knife used in yoroi kumi-uchi. There was a hamidachi 'helmet breaker', bird beak hammers, big maul hammers, big axes (the 'O-No' is my favorite name). There were pole arms like naginata and nagimaki that got larger and with armor piercing points. Even the kissaki 'tip' of the katana sword was reinforced for armor piercing into the Shinto period.
