you can be confident that what you're going to be reading is a load of
dingo's kidneys.

And so it is.

For example, they attribute all deaths due to bedsores to Evil
Organized Medicine.  Like these people would all be up and around if
they hadn't been stuck in nursing homes.  Likewise, all deaths due to
malnutrition in nursing homes.
