Hmmm.  Last time I checked Islamabad was in Pakistan, not India.  Well, the 
city may have, under a different name, once been part of India, but that 
was over 55 years ago, wasn't it?  Back in the days of the Raj, IIRC.  Does 
your site take the same attitude toward history as it does toward science?
