Personally whilst reading the original post and seeing the ever popular
catch phrases I concluded that it was another post quoting things out of
context by someone who just wants to panic the vulnerable.

If this individual and their ilk were to actually make themselves known, the
vast majority of people would see how pathetic these idiots are and how
uneducated in the real world.
