If Valentina has developed a convergence and accommodation problem as well as her myopia, couldn't this explain her needing plus right now? Someone with MS might exhibit symptoms resembling early-onset presbyopia, I think. One other thing that is puzzling: Valentina says that she is 31 and has had MS for 20 years. Did she therefore develop it at age 11? Hers would TRULY be an unusual case, then.
