Re: Multiple sclerosis and myopia

> The first reason is that you have become more myopic,

I went throught an accurate visit just some week ago and the oculist doctor
found me even a little bit better: +1,5 in both eyes and 0,25 astigmatismus
in one eye (my scotoma is diminishing in width)
Is it possible to become more myopic so suddendly?

Yes, it becames clearer. Before understanding that I needed eyeglasses I
used to look at the monitor from a very short distance (quite ridicoulous!).
In the morning usually I do not need correction, then after some hours of
work, I have to wear the eyeglasses because everything becomes blurred. But
not always! For example now (here is late afternoon) I' reading the monitor
without eyeglasses.

For the moment only blurred vision.

Some other patients with MS have just told me that they occasionally have
the same problem ...
In the meanwhile I wrote to my neuro, but he said that it is "stress" and
"tiredness".

I wonder if it is a sign that I need to stop working ;-) or that I need to
start to wear eye-glasse all the time :-(
I found an old pair of eye-slasses (+ 0,75) that seems perfect for the
moment.

I am sorry for the confusion, but MS problem are very difficoult to
describe, expecially this kind of visual problems.
