Does this mean, that you are unable to 
contribute a rational response?

The answer to one of the original questions
had generated another question.

Now really, can't you comment...is there a difference
between ischemic lesion and ischemic stroke in the
context of the original question...differentiation
between a fall injury to the brain and stroke?
