Re: Clumpy ejaculation/pain-Help needed

Hi Mark,

I had the same problem long before I new I had prostatitis. I believe you
have the acute form of it at the moment. After sex I used to get a nasty
pain that would last for a few minutes - I thought it was normal!!

I did not do anything about it until I got the constant tingle and had a
diagnoses.

What worked for me was my urologist giving me some rigourous prostate
message and antibiotics for a brief time (4 sessions). I also quit smoking
and cut way back on beer and coffee, tea and cola'.
That sucked but it eventually stopped the nasty feeling after sex.

I still have the chronic but it is getting better - I can at least have sex
without pain afterwards (even when doing it 3 times in a row) and some days
I have no symtoms at all.

The hardest part was quitting smoking, and giving up all the caffiene.
