I've just had lots of treatment for my prostatitis related impotence-

Massage of the pelvic muscles around the prostate worked including the
trigger point.

And elctrical stimulation worked which was with my biofeedback
treatment.

I'm thinking of buying a unit for myself it costs 600 dollars from
SRSmedical.  A probe is put up my backside and I guess it must
stimulate the nerves.
