Mel, You are describing inflammation of the whole groin area. This is very common. For years my doctors were saying I have prostatitis and then they called it BPH. What is happening is that as the prostate enlarges it creates imflammation of the whole pubic area. You don drain completely, you hold residual. I noticed that after the PVP, I drained fuild for the next several days, reducing my wieght by several pounds. After the PVP, I never had any symptoms of prostatitis or imflammation at all.
