As I recall his words about the bleeding were more like, your prostate will take at least 3 weeks to heal so don't do anything for three weeks that will aggravate it, like and then he named a bunch of things, most of which I mentioned above. I remember one of them was long car or plane trips. If I had to, on a plane be sure to walk up and down the asile of the plane or lay down in the back seat of a car and stop every two hours and walk. He also said if I "goofed up" and did something to cause the bleeding to be more than just pink color in the urine, to be sure and rest or lay in bed for part of the next couple days. Jack
