Thanks Dave for the information, I'm on Prosed/DS. I was just wondering when
I might be able to go off it. I'm six and a half weeks past PVP, still have
a lot of burning and frequency mostly at night some during the day about six
times at
night and maybe four or 5 times during the day but even that is better than
it was. My bladder seems to just want to fill to 150 CC's before getting a
strong urge. I guess I should try to egnore it and let my bladder continue
to feel. I'm 66 years old in reasonably good health. The first time I
went for PVP they said I had Atrial Fibrillation which I had no idea that I
had.
They sent me home and I had to get an authorization from a Cardiologist
to have surgery which I had on Oct. 9. How long did it take you to get over
the urgency and frequency? I also Have had several times of accidentally
voidings. Did you have any of that and did you do anything specific to get
your bladder back in shape? My prostate was 93 grams and in the last year
and a half I had four
episodes of total shut downs so as you can see I needed the surgery. Dave; I
would appreciate any information you can give me on what to expect from PVP
Surgery. "Thanks" and best of health to you. Dean,
