Temperature to autoclave?

At what temperature and duration do you need to steam in 
order to effectively sterilize?

I've seen these gimmicks -- toothbrush sterilizers -- that
supposedly kill 99% of germs on the brush with 10 minutes
of steaming. 

It looks to me, though, that the steam is not pressurized,
so I'm assuming it heats at about 120 deg Celsius (at 1 atm).

120 deg C for 10 minutes... is that enough to effectively
sterilize?

What is the standard temperature and pressure used in an autoclave?
