Myasis in man and/or animals (cross-post)

Update: more than a year (and money and tests and medicines etc) later.

The dog and humans are still suffering, the dog and the specific human
(I mentioned in last year's posts) by far the worst.
Severe pain and more lesions and things (like moths or flies) coming
out.

Wait mode to see an infectious disease specialist.
Who I expect (due to their location) knows nothing about the following
