Specifically what food ?
Would you advocate a meat diet ?
Would you recommend a vegetarian diet ?
Would you recommend chocolate & E - numbers ?
Or is it that you don't know what food will correct an iron deficiency ?
Or is it that you don't know that there are certain foods which despite
being high in iron content contain other substances that prevent iron
absorbtion ?
Or is it that you don't understand the physiological roles of  B vitamins,
vitamin C, selenium, magnesium, manganese ..
