Not sure if this is orthopaedic or not as I am not a medical person. I suspect I may have carpal tunnel syndrome. History - daily use of computers, videogames with vibration function on controllers, being treated for underactive thyroid. Symptoms - Pains in the right wrist, sometimes left. In right wrist, I have tingling sensation often in my digits, and regular radiating pain to the elbow. Now I am in no way asking for a diagnosis, that is down to my doctor. I am merely asking in here the best way to deal with this until I can see the doctor. What precautions can I take, and what measures to reduce the pain and tingling? I will turn off the vibrate function on my videogame controllers in the meantime and take breaks when on the pc. Is there anything else I can do? Thankyou, and my apologies if this is the wrong group Beck
