Updated Request For Information

Well, I had my appointment today and the doctor *IS* in fact going to do
ANOTHER Triple Arthrodesis, along with something he called a "T.A.L." and
maybe a "Dwyer"...

If someone could help me with what those 2 last terms are, i'd love it.
