That your sternoclavicular joint which is strong, has a disc and ligamentous reinforcement and you would probably remember the injury and pain in this area, probably would give you pain with any forceful pushing also lifting overhead. This is only articulation that supports functional shoulder complex on the axial skeleton,so it is pretty important joint.
