Hi, After any advice on recovery from a bad wrist injury. I have a trans-scaphoid, trans-capitate and trans-triquetrum break, and have had surgury about 3 1/2 weeks ago, which involved screwing my capaitate and scaphoid together with bone grafts, and also to locate the head of the capitate I had a carpal tunnel release. I have been advised by the physio to move my wrist gently back and forth. What I have noticed is that the forward movement(in towards my inner forearm) feels like there is a mechanical stoppage, not a soft tisue stoppage. Is this normal after this type of surgury? And, as my healling progresses what should I be trying to do for it? Any experiences? Steve.
