Femoral pseudoarthrosys infection - advice needed

For 30y. old man amputated of his right lower leg below the knee
following a car accident,  a femoral pseudoarthrosys infection with
loss of bone material has been diagnosticated which endanger the rest
of the right leg.

I need an advice on the best hospital or clinic in Europe to deal with
such cases.
