Shoulder injury help

I am located on the east coast and need to find the best resource possible
for my wife as she has injured her shoulder badly. Initial opinion is that a
total replacement is preferable to letting it heal. She is terrified of
surgery although experienced in it. I need a specialist who would give us an
objective informed second opinion. Thank you in advance.
