Re: Feel drowsy, drunk spacey!



It appears that Thiamine may be deficient, however all the foods listed,
contain appropriate thiamine levels. Thiamine deficiency is expressed with
elevated bilirubin levels, and thiamine is destroyed during long term food
storage as well as by heat, (UHT milk). Maybe there is some underlying
condition inhibiting thiamine absorption/utilisation such as medication/
Ethanol?
