Is there any truth to this claim? I don't get the punch line? Distillation as it becomes evaporated and then that vapor condenses back to liquid form upon cooling is a normal natural process. Conservation of matter as it only changes form based on energy level. Distillation as a means of separating chemicals based on boiling point is done all the time. It is a means in purification and pure water is not toxic.
