sorry, missed the zero off my post.  I cant type properly and missed that 
in my proof-read! It was actually about 45 minutes after taking it that I 
had any food. I read the instruction leaflet, and listened to the dr and 
pharmacist's instructions. They were quite clear about the 3- oh!
