Re: Fosamax: Eye problem?

I am a bit confused - Biophosphate or
Alendronate sodium (Fosamax)which is an aminobisphosphonate that acts as a specific inhibitor of osteoclast-mediated bone resorption. They are quite different compounds. I was not able to find any reference to an eye problem with Fosomax.

Why should this be? What is the mechanism and is there a danger to eyesight?
