Thanks Daffman. It's good to know I've been useful to someone, sometime. With 3 others and a portable 02, you should be okay, even if you're weak or short of breath. Hopefully there's not too long a walk from the parking or dropoff to the venue. I've been to two big ticket shows, Pink Floyd in Toronto and REM near Detroit, and many years ago, Supertramp, but we had no money for the latter, so we sat outside the open football stadium on the grass and listened. Oh and Jethro Tull more recently. But for the most part we've been to smaller venues, they're cheaper, mostly Canadian, and we can get up close and sometimes even talk to the members of the bands. The last one of note was from the West Coast, my friend kept pulling me back from the front, bottles and boots were flying and people, off the stage ! (Punk) I'm sure I've heard tunes by Snoop from one of the following but would be hard pressed to name any specific tune Da Game is to be Sold, Not to be Told, Bones OST, Greatest Hits, The Last Meal How do I know, well it's from a (not up to date) copy of the radio station's database and I used to listen faithfully to most of their programs of various genres. So remind me, so I can be there with you, "in spirit". There's been a great music vibe coming from the East Coast. The radio station does live interviews with bands from across Canada or DJ's from various University stations across Canada to see what the scene's like at any particular time. Dad coached a hockey player, back in the 50s or 60's who later became well known. I don't have the name handy at the moment but some years back, I tried to locate him ..searching the net. I was hoping to find contact info so Dad could write to him.. How cool is that, having a beer with Wayne Gretsky ! I'm glad you had that opportunity. J
