Re: cytoluminescent therapy

Supporting what others say, I have been eavesdropping around various
places on CLT. There was a lot of disatisfaction with the Irish CLT
operation where patients did badly and complained about an absence of
support after leaving.

Ralph Moss, a promoter of various alternative cancer treatments, initially
reported favourably on CLT, and actually escorted a party of patients over
to Ireland for this treatment, but has now withdrawn his support for at
least that operation, and does not seem to be promoting it at all now.

While light can penetrate the body rather more deeply than many realise (my
own experience with laparoscopic surgery) and certain wavelengths will
probably do so more than others, the treatment always was far fetched for
internal cancers, and displayed the characteristic ethical and scientific
deficiencies of quack cancer treatments (the offering of expensive
treatments without ever bothering to demonstrate that they actually do
anything beneficial).
